The Starter Package

An Ideal way to experience all the benefits of STOTT PILATES, this package includes an initial 90 minute private session, which incorporates a full postural assessment followed by a Principles session. This is then followed by four subsequent 1 hour private sessions, which are tailored to suit your requirements. You might want to work on the Foundation Mat work or Reformer series of exercises or you may have more specific needs, possibly due to injury, rehabilitation or postural issues.

Note: I recommend a minimum of one pilates session per week to feel the benefits.
