Group Classes
Call to arrange a free consultation in order that you can join a class that best suits your needs.
One class per week £8 per hour session
Two classes per week £6 per hour session
- Courses are payable, in advance, and are for 6 or 8 one hour sessions, at the appropriate rate.
- When renewing a course, payment is due on the last session of the prior course.
- Only classes attended are charged, but one week’s notice is required if you are not attending your scheduled class.
- There is no time limit for the use of paid classes
- A schedule of attendance is available on request to check the status of your course.
*£8 courses are booked in 6 session blocks and £6 sessions are booked in 8 session blocks.

The Starter Package
An Ideal way to experience all the benefits of STOTT PILATES, this package includes an initial 90 minute private session, which incorporates a full postural assessment followed by a Principles session. This is then followed by four subsequent 1 hour private sessions, which are tailored to suit your requirements. You might want to work on the Foundation Mat work or Reformer series of exercises or you may have more specific needs, possibly due to injury, rehabilitation or postural issues.
Note: I recommend a minimum of one pilates session per week to feel the benefits.
