Annemarie Harry

Annemarie Harry
My name is Annemarie Harry and I am the owner of Meon Pilates Studio. I have been doing Stott pilates for several years. I chose the Stott method because, coming from a science background, I feel it has been developed using anatomically sound principles. This enables me to understand better how the exercises can be used and adapted to suit a whole range of needs. I particularly enjoy working with clients that have back and knee issues and for that reason I have also completed the Stott Injuries and Special populations course which has given me even further insight in to how to achieve the best results for my clients.
Helena Darcy-Cope

Helena Darcy-Cope
My name is Helena Darcy-Cope and I have been interested in fitness and health since I was a child. I danced for 10 years, Latin American, ballroom and freestyle, and as I got older I enjoyed attending exercise classes. I became a Fitness instructor 3 years ago teaching a variety of classes from Aerobics, step, spinning, and now more recently, Pilates. With my 20 years professional background in nursing, Pilates compliments my personal and fitness specialisms. It gives me more scope to teach and educate clients on using the correct muscle for the correct exercise and I enjoy enabling individuals to empower themselves to correct their posture and technique.
