Classes are held in our purpose built studio, set in tranquil surroundings close to Stratford-upon-Avon. The studio is easily accessible and has ample free parking.

The studio is fully equipped and we have our own STOTT PILATES reformer. With excellent facilities and underfloor central heating it provides a comfortable environment to relax and exercise.

Pilates is an exercise method, designed to elongate, strengthen and restore the body to balance.
Based upon an anatomical understanding of the body’s muscular and skeletal systems, the Pilates teacher creates a comprehensive exercise programme for the client.
